CARE AND FEEDING OF YOUR NEW TATTOO or PIERCING

1. Remove bandage in 24 hours.
2. Wash gently with hand.
3. Apply thin coat of Bacitracin for 3 days(if tattoo is oozing you have too much on!)
4. After 3 days, use unscented lotion for 2 weeks.
5. No pool, ocean, or hot tub. Showers are fine!
6. Don't pick or scratch your tattoo.
7. Once your tattoo heals, always apply sun block to prevent sun damage(fading).
8. Do NOT listen to your friends advice
PIERCING CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash your hand thoroughly with liquid anti-bacterial soap prior to handling your piercing.
2. Tighten all threaded jewelry at least once a day.
3. Remove any dried matter from your jewelry before turning it.
4. When turning the jewelry, lubricate it well with liquid anti-bacterial soap and water before attempting to turn it. DO THIS ONLY IN THE SHOWER!
5. If your piercing begins to look infected, DO NOT TAKE THE JEWELRY OUT!
It is normal for a new piercing to be red and have some drainage. DO NOT PANIC!!!!! Contact your piercer if you notice any of the following:
spreading redness,
foul smelling discharge,
hot to the touch,
appearance of rejection.

Ear, Eyebrow, Nostril, Septum.
-Apply Ear Care Solution or Bactine to cotton swabs and cleanse your piercing 3x's daily for the length of your healing period.
§ Nipples, Navel, Genitals
-Cleanse your piercing with a 50/50 mix of liquid anti-bacterial soap and water 3x's daily for the length of your healing period. Be sure to rinse the residual soap away with plain water.
§ Tongue, Labret, Monroe
-Rinse with Listerine or Tech 2000 every time you eat, drink, or smoke anything but bottled water for two weeks. Also, cleanse the outside of your labret and Monroe with Ear Care Solution or Bactine. -Aleve is recommended for 3-5 days to reduce any swelling. Consult with a physician if you have never taken this product before. -Eat normally. This will also reduce any swelling you may experience.
DO NOT use alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or Neosporin.
do NOT use betadine on gold.
DO NOT touch your piercing with dirty hands.
DO NOT turn your ring when it is dry.
